Exchanges: You may exchange unused items in their original condition within 7 days of receiving your order, for a different size, color, or item of equal value. The customer is responsible for the delivery/return cost of the exchange.

Defective or incorrect items: If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or issue a refund at no extra cost — this is not treated as a standard exchange.

Non-exchangeable items: Final sale, personalized, or clearance items cannot be exchanged unless defective.
